1. Services Provided
We offer fully managed review automation services for local businesses, including:
Automated review generation campaigns via email/SMS
CRM-based automations and backend workflows
Custom client dashboards and onboarding portals
Dedicated support and optimization (with direct access for premium plans)
These services are described in your selected subscription package or agreement.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate business and billing information
Take responsibility for activity on your account
3. Payment & Billing
Our services operate on a subscription basis. You agree to:
Pay all fees as shown at checkout or within your agreement
Maintain a valid payment method
Understand that late or failed payments may result in service suspension
Each plan includes a free trial:
$99/month → 7-day free trial
$249/month → 10-day free trial
After your trial, all payments (including setup fees) are final and non-refundable. No partial refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
4. Client Access & Support
Clients receive limited access to view their campaign dashboards. All campaign management, messaging, and setup are handled by our team.
Clients cannot send messages manually
Clients on the $249/month plan receive direct access to our founder

5. Cancellation & Pausing Policy
If you cancel your subscription:
Your account will be paused, not deleted
You must book and attend a review call with our team to reactivate access
If the call is not attended, the account will remain paused
Upon attending, access resumes for the remainder of the paid term
We retain your data during this period unless a deletion request is submitted.
6. SMS Disclosure (Required by Law)
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Yielding Reviews LLC, including:
Review requests
Appointment confirmations or reminders
Transactional or support-related notifications
(Optional) Marketing messages, if explicitly opted in
Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP for assistance.
Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All SMS use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Only upload contacts you have permission to message
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, A2P 10DLC)
Not use our platform for spam, false reviews, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for violations of these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, automation templates, and materials provided by us remain the property of Yielding Reviews LLC. You may use them only during an active subscription. Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling is strictly prohibited without written consent.
9. Results Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including:
Review counts
Revenue gains
Customer retention
Marketing success varies based on effort, niche, location, and customer behavior.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms
You fail to make payments
You misuse the platform or act in bad faith
You may cancel at any time by emailing us or managing your subscription settings.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yielding Reviews LLC is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or reputation
Decisions or actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., carriers, Stripe, Google)
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the past 3 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
